Hmm... I guess the white text is a little bit hard to read in the upper portion consisting of a lighter green. Perhaps it can be darkened a bit?

I would add a black background with lowered opacity. Would look great and would make the text clear enough to read.

agree with =alisalem.. add a black background on the white text with 75 or 80% opacity on it

You might want to blur that section too, but confine the blur to a rectangle or whatever.
